this is going to sound really stupid but... question about rash and eczema?
so dylan's never had a diaper rash in all of his 7 months until recently. i've always used the creamy desitin that's effective overnight (whatever the Blue one is)... i've used it every night after his bath,either that or butt paste... but he had a little bout with diarrhea and was going like 6 times a day. (sorry if TMI) and now for a couple weeks he's had this horrible red puffy rash on his very lower back/ right at the waistband of the diaper, and in between the cheeks... 
i don't know what it is? either diaper rash or eczema? the diaper cream hasn't been effective, and either has aveeno baby eczema lotion. he wakes up all the time at night and i can Only imagine how it's probably burning and itching.....
does this sound like a typical diaper rash or is it eczema and what can i do for the little guy? thanks for your help!!
Sometimes the diareah canburn or have a burning sensation afterward ... try getting paw paw cream ...its great , you dont want to put anything 'unnatural ' on there as it will add to the irritation , when Alex was a baby and under medical professionals they suggested paw paw insteda of quaterzone ( i know thats not how you spell it ) but has simmilar effectiveness,,,
